Personal Coaching Styles Inventory (PCSI®)

The Personal Coaching Styles Inventory is an on-line interactive inventory that assesses your dominant communication styles. While it is not a psychological profiling tool, it does provide useful insights on how you can improve how you communicate with others.

Assesses an individual’s:

• Approach to giving and receiving feedback
• Interactive styles for better understanding and improving communications
• Personal style of communication strengths and weaknesses

• PCSI® Report and recommendation debriefing
