Gail Angelo
Founder, Gail Angelo Coaching & Consulting

With over 25 years of experience, Gail Angelo has built a legacy of helping leaders realize their greatest potential and enhance the trajectory of both their careers and their lives.  Her practice is focused on leadership development, strategic planning, organizational change, and personal fulfillment utilizing her deep expertise in coaching and consulting.

As a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Gail is known for her commitment to working with her clients in clarifying what really matters and in successfully experiencing real breakthroughs in strategic thinking and direction as well as high impact leadership for maximum results.  She has served clients across industry spectrums including financial services, consumer products, communications, and information technology. In addition to her client work, Gail has been the keynote speaker to a number of groups on the subject of Executive Presence in the Workplace, Energy and Wellness, and Career Transition.

Gail’s leadership roles in Human Resources for both Nestle and Frito Lay combined with her BA in Psychology and an MS in Industrial Relations resulted in her adept ability to develop and lead the implementation of systems that improved the quality of new hires, improved leadership effectiveness, and reduced turn-over while enhancing positive relations in non-union manufacturing and distribution environments.

Most recently, Gail brought her skills from the corporate environment to Uganda, Africa,  where she designed and co-facilitated a Leadership Summit for 50  leaders from eight countries in central and east Africa who are working toward peace and reconciliation in that region.  Additionally, Gail works with middle school students to strengthen their personal leadership, enhancing their confidence and personal responsibility both in and outside the classroom. She is a member of the ICF, Women Executives, Leadership Charlotte, and the National Association of Professional Women, where she was recently awarded Woman of the Year for her work with clients as well as in her community.
