Since 1999, Rebecca Merrill has been working with top-level executives in a variety of industries including banking, clinical research, commercial real estate, education, manufacturing, on-line retailing, and private wealth management, bringing more than 25 years of experience to her clients. Her coaching seeks to enhance the effectiveness of an executive’s personal and professional leadership by first understanding the fundamentals of their personality preferences, historical patterns of relating, and communication styles.

Rebecca has earned multiple degrees including Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Religion from Wellesley College, a Masters degrees in Clinical Social Work from Smith College and Education from Harvard University. She uses the MBTI Step II and the proprietary Starfish Leaders® questionnaire to start each coaching relationship. Clients have described coaching with Rebecca as life-changing work, allowing them to learn leadership skills and develop talents they may have never before recognized and leveraged.

Rebecca is the author of two books, Living in Yes:  If the Answer is Maybe, the Answer is No and Starfish Leaders:  Five Leadership Fables of Personal Regeneration.
